Getting there by public transport
 
Zurich’s main railway station serves as a hub for rail connections from Switzerland and its neighbouring countries of Austria, France, Germany and Italy. With the main railway station’s excellent links to the city’s municipal transport system, you have connections to Oerlikon railway station every six minutes on “S-Bahn” lines S2, S3, S6, S7, S8, S9, S14, S15, S16, S19 and S24. From Oerlikon railway station, Messe Zürich can be reached in just a few minutes on foot, by tram No. 11 or on buses No. 61 and 62.
 
Getting there by car
 
Arriving via the motorway from Basel, Bern, Chur, Lucerne or St. Gallen, follow the “Z” signs to Messe Zürich. Parking is available in the Messe Zürich car park on Hagenholzstrasse.

What are the opening hours?

Day 1:  Tuesday 17th September 2024 - 09:00 - 17:00
Day 2:  Wednesday 18th September - 09:00 - 17:00 (last entry 16:00)
 
Registration opens for all visitors on both days at 8:00am
 

What access does my pass allow me to have?

  • Your free exhibition and conference pass gives you full access to the conference and exhibition for both days
 

Should I print my badge?

You will receive an email a week before the show which gives you the option to print your badge. We  strongly advise you print your badge prior to arriving to the event.  We are anticipating it to be very busy with over 3000 attendees, therefore this will guarantee you a faster entry.
 

Having trouble registering?

  • Ensure you are using a unique email address which hasn't been used to register already
  • Speakers should already be automatically registered by a Solar & Storage Live team member
  • The registration process should only take a couple minutes, if you have a large team then we strongly advise you forwarding them the link to register themselves
 

Where do I get my badge to enter the show?

You can view your QR code badge on the official Event App. You can also print your badge prior to the arriving to the event which we strongly advise.
 
Exhibitors - Badge collection
All exhibitors have the option to collect your badge from the registration desk on Monday 16th September between 2pm - 6pm. Please do this for faster entry on Day 1 of the show as we are expecting over 3000 attendees.
 
If exhibitors cannot collect their badge on Monday, they can collect it from 7am on Tuesday 17th September. Registration opens for all other attendees at 8am. 
 

How do I gain access to the official Event App?

The official Event App should be downloaded prior to you attending the event.
 
Once you have received your details, you must download the app and login as you will need it for several reasons:
  • View the attendee list
  • View all exhibitors
  • Make connections and network with other attendees by requesting meetings
  • As there will be no paper agendas at the event, you can view it on the app; build your own personalised agenda by marking the sessions you are interested in. Please note, you cannot attend the event or dial into any sessions virtually through the app. You will need to attend the event physically to participate in sessions.
 

Can I request meetings with media and other attendees?

You can connect and request meetings with press and all other attendees when the Event App goes live.
 

Where can I stay?

We have a limited number of exclusive hotels deals for attendees of this event.  Click here  to view availability of nearby accomodation during the dates of the event.
 

Will there be security at the event?

We take the safety of our visitors very seriously and there will be security present at many points at the venue. You must always have a badge on you to be at the event.
 

Is there a dress code?

Our attendees typically dress in business attire at our events.
 

Can I bring my child?

No individual under the age of 16 will be permitted entrace to the event.
