Dr. Akarin received his Ph.D. from Aalborg University in Denmark. Currently he holds the position of Assistant Chief Executive Officer at Energy Absolute (PCL), a leading renewable energy and EV Charging facilities company in Thailand. he is responsible for business and power projects development including the development of EV charging facilities. He has over 20 years of working experience in the thermal and renewable energy sectors across Europe and Asia. He has held various positions such as EPC Contractor, Consultant as Owner’s Engineer, Lenders’ Advisor and the Project Owner for more than 10 GW of wind farms and solar PV plants globally. During the last 6 years, he has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic initiatives and business development efforts in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle (EV) and charging infrastructure market.
