Economic/Financial Analysis, PPP and other investment structures for key projects including renewable energy/ microgrids, airports, shipping ports, infrastructure, and municipalities. Certifications in Renewable Energy Technologies from the University of Colorado Institute of Renewable Energy and NREL; Certificates in Data Sciences, Analytics, and Visualization, from Harvard University; University of California Davis certified GIS specialist; FAA certified pilot over 20 yrs; UAV pilot with over 250,000 acres of aerial surveys in the Philippines.
