NO. All attendees will need to be at the event physically. Conference content will not be available online.

Solar & Storage Live Event app is our official event platform app. You will receive your log-in details in end-March 2025. Please check your mailbox for an email from info swapcard.com . Once you have received your details, you must download the app and login as you will need to present your QR code at registration for your badge. The app will also give you the opportunity to make connections and network with other attendees. As there will be no paper agendas at the event, you can view it on the app; build your own personalised agenda by marking the sessions you are interested in. Please note, you cannot attend the event or dial into any sessions virtually through the app. You will need to attend the event physically to participate in sessions. Solar & Storage Live Event app ialah aplikasi platform acara rasmi kami. Anda akan menerima butiran log masuk anda pada akhir Mac 2025. Sila semak peti mel anda untuk mendapatkan e-mel daripada info@swapcard.com . Sebaik sahaja anda menerima butiran anda, anda mesti memuat turun aplikasi dan log masuk kerana anda perlu menunjukkan kod QR anda semasa pendaftaran untuk lencana anda. Aplikasi ini juga akan memberi anda peluang untuk membuat sambungan dan rangkaian dengan peserta lain. Oleh kerana tiada agenda kertas pada acara itu, anda boleh melihatnya pada aplikasi itu; bina agenda peribadi anda sendiri dengan menandakan sesi yang anda minati. Please ensure you have registered for Solar & Storage Live Malaysia 2025 first. Once that is done, email us at customerservice.sg@terrapinn.com with your contact details. Please note we will take up to 5 working days to issue the LOI upon receiving full details. Requests for LOI will cease on 1 April 2025.
Sila pastikan anda telah mendaftar untuk Solar & Storage Live Malaysia 2025 terlebih dahulu. Setelah selesai, hantarkan e-mel kami di customerservice.sg@terrapinn.com dengan butiran anda. Harap maklum bahawa kami memerlukan masa sehingga 5 hari bekerja untuk mengeluarkan LOI setelah menerima maklumat penuh. Permintaan untuk LOI akan ditamatkan pada 1 April 2025.
