Helios provides Installers a platform to manage:

• leads all the way through to installations, customer handover packs and MCS documentation
• integrations to installer website and Facebook advertising
• leads and opportunities using Helios CRM which includes email integrations
• all designs and contracts from a single platform
• purchase orders, job scheduling and comprehensive reporting

Helios supports a number of renewable devices; heat pumps, solar PV, batteries,  invertors and EV chargers. With integration to Open Solar,  Easy PV and Heat Pump,  Helios allows single of all designs and contracts. 

Helios supports sites surveys with mobile forms that capture images, signatures and provide notification of survey completions. Forms are dispatch via Helios and outputs generated as PDF.  Similar approach is available for installation checklicks, testing forms and commissioning documentation. Forms can we accessed by any mobile device and can be used by installers without access to Helios.

Helios provides Installers ability to streamline processes,  track critical activities in the customer journey, support compliance and drive efficiences to enable faster conversion from lead to contract.
