She is a change-maker, environmentalist, and futurist, on a mission to deliver equitable and impactful energy outcomes. Rachelle thrives in uncertainty and complexity, using a dynamic mix of systems thinking and relational problem-solving skills to deliver transformational change. Having worked in the public and private sectors in Australia and the UK, Rachelle has gained a unique understanding of the requirements and perspectives in the clean energy transition. Rachelle has a Masters in Sustainability and Adaptation and is a certified change management, P3M3, and Project, Program and Portfolio management professional.
