Peter Kilby joined Energex in 2009 and began working on DER integration with a review of distribution voltage management in SE Queensland in 2013.   In 2018 he co-developed and oversaw the implementation of the transition from the 240V to the 230V standard for Energy Queensland's two DNSPs Energex and Ergon Energy Network, supporting ongoing integration of rooftop solar PV across the state.   Since 2019 Peter has been a member of Australian Standards sub-committees on EL-042, contributing to revisions of, and amendments to AS/NZS 4777.   Now in his role as Senior Grid Transformation Engineer, he leads the development of some of the key network strategies underway to support the emergence of Queensland's future DSO.
