Kosta has been involved in renewable energy since 2012 and has been enthusiastic about positive change within the solar industry ever since. He has worked for some of the biggest solar companies in Australia where he has formed some lifelong friendships and has had the opportunity to travel the world In 2017, Kosta founded a community group called Solar Cutters which was established to bring together like minded solar professionals for the greater good of the industry. The community promotes best practice installation standards and sales processes at its core which is encouraged via collaboration and self-regulation. Kosta believes education and training are paramount in the continued success of the solar industry and is passionate in attracting more individuals to be part of this great community. Solar Cutters organise 15-20 face-to-face training and social events each year all leading up to the Solar Cutters Awards Night, which is held the day prior to All Energy Australia that attracts 600-700 solar professionals. Kosta is well known throughout the solar community and always has time for a chat especially when it relates to the continual improvement within the industry. Kosta sees himself striving for the betterment of the industry for many more years to come and looks forward to the bright future ahead!
