John is the Pilot Operations Manager for the Electrify 2515 Community Pilot which is an ARENA funded project that will provide support and subsidies for 500 homes to move from gas to all-electric appliances in the postcode of 2515 in the Illawarra region of NSW. John has spent over 19 years in the insurance and finance industry in various roles across partnership management, technology transformation and sustainability. He has extensive experience in carbon accounting, emission reduction strategies, electric vehicles and leading teams through complex change. He has been part of the core volunteer group for the Electrify 2515 community campaign since 2023 and been the key organiser of the Electric Vehicle Open Days.
