Jett is an executive leader with over 15 years of experience managing the corporate affairs, commercial strategy, and development activities for complex, high-impact energy projects in Northern Australia.

Her career spans ten years with global energy giant ConocoPhillips and four years with pioneering Australian startup SunCable, giving her a unique insight into both multinational operations and the entrepreneurial agility of emerging ventures. This has exposed her to private and public capital raising, adding value to project funding strategies.

She has expertise with LNG, offshore gas, large-scale renewables, green and brownfield developments, and early-stage hydrogen derivative projects. Her hands-on experience across the entire project lifecycle - concept select, development, operations, backfill and decommissioning - provides the capability to lead projects from inception to growth.

Jett has a detailed understanding of the energy and economic landscape in Northern Australia and the complexity and opportunity associated with developing and executing major projects.
