Gary Klenner: 50+ Years of Electrical Contracting With a robust career in the electrical industry spanning over five decades, my journey began as an electrician in New Zealand. In the 1980s, I made the leap to Australia, kickstarting my career as a Project Manager in Darwin. Rising through the ranks, I took on the role of State Manager for NT, followed by senior management positions with leading commercial and industrial electrical contractors in Queensland. In 1997, motivated by my management experience and proven estimating techniques, I founded Klenner Electrical. The venture evolved into Klenner Murphy Electrical in 2004 when Daryll Murphy joined forces with me. Together, we have driven continual growth and secured a steady influx of challenging projects. My true passion lies in sharing my expertise in preparing quality estimates and professional project management principles, which are essential skills for any thriving business. By imparting this knowledge, I aim to foster stronger awareness in areas that are vital to business success.
