Daryll Murphy: 50+ Years in Electrical Business With over five decades of experience in the electrical industry, my journey began as an electrician before quickly moving into sales and management. My senior management roles afforded me the privilege to assist others in their careers, helping many to unlock their full potential. As a Regional Manager, I collaborated with key stakeholders to rebuild and enhance numerous business operations. Business analysis and support programs became the cornerstones of my management philosophy. In 2004, I entered a business partnership with Klenner Murphy Electrical (KME), leveraging my background and solidifying my business management principles. KME focused on continuous growth and creating security through sound business foundations. Key staff eventually acquired the business, validating the concept of openness and sharing our Vision, Values, and Standards with stakeholders. My vision now is to share insights, as a Trainer coach and Mentor, on business principles, analysis and review, ensuring companies remain flexible and resilient amidst ongoing challenges.
