A technology visionary with a regional and global perspective, Mansour is a recognized leader in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As the BayanPay CEO and a successful entrepreneur, Mansour leverages his experience in the GCC to identify investment opportunities and partnerships that align with his angel investments and investment objectives, which include achieving social and economic development goals. Mansour also manages investments for BlueVine’s - a global investment firm - Saudi Arabia and GCC offices. Prior to BayanPay, Mansour was the Country and Enterprise Manager for International Turnkey Systems (ITS), co-founded Innovative Solutions a Security Solutions Provider in Saudi Arabia, and co-founded PromaStar, a project management services company in Cairo, Egypt. Mansour had also held various senior business leadership roles at National Technology Company (NTC), Saudi Business Machines (IBM) and Hewlett-Packard. Mansour graduated with Honors and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from King Saud University.
