Malik Shehab is the CEO and founder of beauty and lifestyle e-commerce platform Golden Scent. A Saudi national, Malik brings a track record of entrepreneurial successes and financial management to his role. 

Malik is a financial expert who has served as a banker with CommerzBank AG Germany. He also has experience in project management and deal-making in regional markets, and has also discharged duties as Assistant Project Manager for Al Shehab Real Estate. 

Malik believes in the power of startups in contributing to national economies and addressing the needs of specific audiences. Golden Scent, for instance, is specifically designed to bring a range of beauty products to female audiences in Saudi Arabia.

Malik’s network of connections, long-term business relationships and ability to harness investment for innovative ideas make him ideally suited to his entrepreneurial role. He firmly believes that success comes from innovating rapidly, and being brave enough to follow through with promising ideas. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Accouting from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität in Frankfurt, and is fluent in English, Arabic and German.
