Abhishek is a Chartered Accountant by education who is constructively challenging the status quo leveraging the disruptive potential of the Blockchain technology. He has 18 years of experience in diverse domains like treasury & capital markets, risk management, financial services, retail, supply chain, logistics and government. He has been instrumental in building the securities trading, derivatives valuations and the capital adequacy reporting infrastructure in Infosys’ flagship banking product Finacle ’s Treasury and Risk Management solution. Over the last year or so he is helping Infosys customers sponsor blockchain networks and prepare go-to-market strategies, help them become part of consortiums and enabling enterprise blockchain integration with existing and next gen technologies. He is also pursuing a PhD in the area of provenance and supply chain visibility for the end consumers of organically produced milk.
