Publicis Commerce is a practice that sits within the Publicis Media Hub and encompasses commerce strategy, media and marketplace investment, content and merchandising. It works in partnership with Publicis Groupe’s Commerce offerings to bring together technology infrastructure, media and creative for an end-to-end commerce business solution.
It has three primary areas of focus:
1. Strategy and acceleration. Seeks to help clients grow their business through their direct-to-consumer sites and through eCommerce websites.
2. Media and investment. Involved planning and linking media to commerce and recommending areas of investment.
3. Content and merchandising. Helps brands increase the visibility of their products and improve the overall customer experience.
