Stephanie has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. She started her career at MCB in the cards division of the bank and was responsible for business development for both the issuing and acquiring sections. She then moved on as Head of Marketing and her main responsibilities were centred around the design of strategic marketing programmes and the management of customer experience. Stephanie was appointed Head of Cards in August 2017; in her new role she is actively engaged with stakeholders in the payments industry so as to bring innovative customer-centric solutions.
Prior to joining MCB, Mrs Ng Tseung spent six years with HSBC. She holds a ‘Maitrise de Gestion’ from the University of Paris IX Dauphine and is pursuing an Executive MBA with HEC Paris.
