With over three decades of expertise in key areas, that are essential when developing trust frameworks, Gillan is a multilingual communicator comfortable explaining complex concepts to all levels, across a diverse set of sectors and industries including utilities and telecoms.
Gillan’s work helps to define Digital Identity standards, assure processes and data against these standards and define rules to enable schemes based on trusted attributes. He was a key member of GOV.UK Verify, assuring and managing the Identity Providers, is an ongoing contributor to OIX and has a seat on the Internet of Things Council for Europe.
