What time does the show start?
Registration will open at 9am and you can get access to the exhibition at 9.30am. The conferences will start at 10am sharp.
How will I get my badge?
You will have been sent an email with a QR code that allows you to print your own badge at the show. Just head to the registration desks and have the email with the QR code ready on either your phone or printed. If you didn’t receive a QR code, you can print your badge with one of our helpful registration team.
I haven’t pre-registered, can I register onsite?
Yes, just make sure to bring a business card. Please note that students can’t access the show.
Do I have to pay for a pass to attend?
Is there free WiFI?
Yes, you can access the basic venue WiFi for free, no password required.
How do I get CPD points?
There are 12 CPD points available if you attend the event for two full days. You need to make sure you sign in at the CPD desk next to the registration desk. Then when you leave for the day, make sure to sign out. You’ll also need to make note of the sessions you attend. You’ll be sent a CPD certificate to your email within a month after the event. You will get CPD points depending on how many sessions you attended and how long you spent at the event.
Where can I buy refreshments at the event?
There will be a café within the exhibition where you can grab coffee, tea, snacks and lunch. There are also some great food options at the venue where you can get lunch.
How do I get a VIP badge?
If you go to the Register for Free tab on the PropIT & BuildIT website, you can click on CXO VIP programme. Here you will see that the C-Level job titles that are eligible from construction companies, architectural firms, government bodies & investors.

Do I need to register for workshops and drop-in clinics?
It’s not essential but we’d recommend you do to secure a space. Registration forms will be live soon!
How do I get the conference documentation /presentations?
Presentations will be made available within 2 weeks from the show. All attendees will receive a link to these by email.

Where are the prayer rooms?
The prayer room is located on the left-hand side of the hall (as you walk in). Please ask a Terrapinn staff member for directions.

Where is the venue?
Festival Arena is located adjacent to Al Badia Golf Club within the Festival City complex. You can type in Festival Arena in Google Maps.
Are there discount codes for taxis?
We have a discount code with Careem to get you 20% off four rides to the venue.
Just use the discount code BITME2020.
Alternatively, you can also use the RTA taxis to get to and from the venue.
Is there parking at the venue?
There is parking available for the first 1500 attendees so we’d recommend getting there early to secure a parking space.
Can I get the metro?
Yes. There will be free shuttle buses running from the Al Jaddaf metro station. Al Jadaf is on the green metro line, you can change from the ref line at Rashidya metro station.

How do I log into the Networking App?
The Networking app is called Terrapinn Events. You can download the Terrapinn events app from the app store or you can access it on desktop. This can be used to:
-Send direct messages to all attendees (depending on your access rights) VIPS, sponsor staff and speakers only
-Plan and manage your meeting schedule to take place at the show
-Keep up to date with the agenda, social feeds and floor plan
It is accessible on iPhones, Android devices and any web-enabled device - simply search for "Terrapinn Events" in your app store.
What’s my networking app login details and password?
You will receive an email on your registered email I.D. with instructions to download the app 8 weeks before the event. Alternatively, if you are looking to get your login credentials on site during the show, passwords and login details can be confirmed in the Networking lounge where the networking team will be stationed
What can I use the app for?
Lots of useful things! You can view the full agenda on the app, and even ‘favourite’ the sessions you don’t want to miss. You can also use the app to set up meetings with other attendees and check out the list of exhibitors.
