Join us at the Women in Accommodation networking breakfast event at NoVacancy this year, where we celebrate the strength, talent, and resilience of women in the hotel and accommodation industry.

Despite progress, gender imbalance remains an issue in 2024, with women underrepresented in leadership roles. In Australia, only about 20% of senior management positions in the hospitality sector are held by women, and less than 10% of CEO roles are occupied by women (Workplace Gender Equality Agency, 2024). This event provides a platform for women as leaders to share their insights, experiences, and strategies for success.
