Kirsten leads the global Peole and Culture function for Corinthia Hotels, working as a member of the Executive Leadership Team to drive strategic inititaitives that support Corinthia's mission to create inspiring destinations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Her role is crucial to further embedding organisational culture, pivotal as the business scales. Kirsten brings a wealth of leadership experience in transformation and change, having held senior roles across a variety of sectors including Hospitality, FMCG and Science, Technology and Innovation.  An avid football fan, Kirsten is a member of Women in Football, an advocate for the growth of the women's game and a passionate Grassroots coach.
