Josh Renouf is a British design-preneur driven by innovation, sustainability, and the pursuit of circular solutions. As Circular Design Manager at Lamington Group, he leads the integration of circular design principles across the company’s net zero hospitality developments: transforming waste streams such as coffee grounds, plastics, cardboard and glass into valuable materials and products for use across the hotel's portfolio. Through the creation of a dedicated Circular Design Studio and collaborations with industry innovators, Josh is embedding circular thinking into Lamington’s DNA and redefining what sustainable hospitality looks like.
Before joining Lamington Group, Josh founded Joy Resolve, an award-winning lifestyle and homeware brand built on the philosophy of purposeful, repairable design. Its flagship product, The Barisieur; a coffee-brewing alarm clock which became one of the top 10 most-funded UK products on Kickstarter. Under his leadership, Joy Resolve established distribution in over 52 countries with retail partners including Harrods, Selfridges, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and David Jones and generated over $5 Million in global revenue. Josh holds a 1st class honours for Product Design (BA hons) from Nottingham Trent University, and continues to challenge conventional models of production.
