as a Senior People & Culture Officer for two of London's most iconic & wordily 5* hotels, The Dorchester & 45 Park Lane. My job is different every day, as a team we provide support, care, education and joy for our colleagues. Whether that be by planning an engagement event for International Women’s week or aiding someone through a difficult time, we strive to provide 5* service for our 5* team! I have previously completed a MRes in Criminological Research from the University of Liverpool, specialising in the impact of Covid-19 on policing in England and Wales. I then began my Human Resources journey at VF Company. Being a Recruitment Trainee for one of the world’s largest apparel footwear and accessories companies, day to day work was dynamic, creative and collaborative. Connecting people to the lifestyles, activities and experiences they cherish most through a family of iconic outdoor, active and workwear brands including Vans®, The North Face®, Timberland® and Dickies®. I then undertook my role at Cube International, as HR Assistant/Recruiter. This role was eye openings into the world of a start-up business and gave me a huge amount of growth in knowledge and responsibility. These roles gave me the roots to start my People and Culture career here in London and has led me to complete CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.
