Throughout my two decades as a design-driven entrepreneur, I have worked at the intersection of technology, culture, and emotion. Most of my work began with a simple question of how organizations should best adapt to change and ended with systems designed to maximize human potential through efficient, yet soulful design systems. My work with one of Asia’s leading art museums started with the question of what seamless digital ticketing would mean for the property’s seven F&B outlets; It ended with a user experience masterplan that unified digital and physical exhibition touchpoints, changed how people flowed through the building, and created new community spaces within. My work with one of the world’s leading consumer luxury brands began with the request to conduct a workshop to understand how to adapt to outsourcing of key support roles; It ended with creating global standards for employee culture and office design playbook that embraced that company’s public brand as the foundation of a new internal culture. I currently as Chief Creative Officer at one of Southeast Asia’s leading hospitality groups. Having worked with the team for years as an external strategist, I joined Soho Hospitality after leading a restructuring project for the group. I now head our experience transformation consultancy, SohoX, and serve as chief strategist for the group. I take pride in guiding a roughly 30-strong team of interior designers, brand builders, and strategies to create class-leading experiences for clients across Asia, Europe, and the GCC.
