Aloysius Michael is Vice President of Guest Excellence, Optimisation, and Special Projects at Dusit International. In this role, he oversees global hotel openings, enhances guest experience standards, and drives the group’s sustainability agenda. With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years across hospitality and education, he has held senior positions at The Ritz-Carlton, Montigo Resorts, At-Sunrice Chef Academy (Singapore), and Dusit Hospitality Management College (Philippines). At Dusit, Mr Michael has been instrumental in implementing the Tree of Life sustainability programme, advancing the company’s journey towards a greener future. His long-standing career with the Dusit family of over 15 years reflects his deep commitment to nurturing excellence, while his decade of involvement in hospitality education has inspired and guided young talents to become future leaders. He is currently entrusted with a special assignment as interim Managing Director of Dusit Thani Bangkok, Dusit’s flagship hotel.
