Matheus sees the future of mobility as a colective endeavor and for that we need to stop looking at people in mass transports as users and start to see them as customers that we must engage every day creating deep conections and delivering rewards experiences. In a world where people have so many new options and the cities struggles to make it all possible then is better  to reward those who are contributing to the city's environment.

As a co-founder and CEO of Ecobonuz, the first reward and loyalty program to integrate day-to-day mass transit customers in Latin America, Matheus believes that creating a rewarding ecosystem is a win-win game for people, cities, operators and retailers who can all take benefits from a economy of scale and high frenquency.

Ecobonuz was founded in late 2017 and launched across 6 cities in Brazil , after 1 year more then 25% of the economically active population of these cities was active in the program and the results for the people, cities, transport operators and retailers enrolled was great. This encourages to go further. Today the reward program is present in more then 50 cities including some of Brazil largest and signed up contracts with more then 30 operators that transports more then 15 million individual customers. Also more then 500 retailers are rewarding people throuhg the program getting advantages for the large frenquency and amount of people. We believe that as larger it gets more benefits we can delivey for those envolved. Ecobonuz founders are also member of Brazil NTU (Naticional transport operator association) Council and UITP.
