Jonny Goldstone is the MD of Green Tomato Cars (GTC), London's first environmentally-friendly minicab service. He took over the role in October 2017, returning to the business four years after leaving to set up GTC in the USA.
In 2006 Jonny co-founded Green Tomato having left international law firm Clifford Chance. As Managing Director, he oversaw significant growth before selling the company in 2010 to Transdev, a Paris-based international private public transport group with operations in 21 countries.
During his first spell with GTC in London, Jonny also served as a Board Advisor to hubbub.co.uk, a UK food delivery business; and as a mentor and speaker with Wayra, Telefonica/O2's incubator-accelerator for tech start-ups (2010-2013).
Charitable projects that Jonny has been involved in include being a Trustee at the KT School Trust (2012-2017), which raises funds for a Ghanaian school set up by one of the very first GTC drivers. Jonny was also a non-political school governor at Kensal Rise Primary School in London (2004-2008).
