Francisca Ramalhosa, Board Member At Carris And Municipal Director Of Mobility And Transport, City of Lisbon

Degree in Economics, by the Higher Institute of Labor and Enterprise Sciences, holds a MBA in Finance by the Catholic University of Porto (2008), a Postgraduate Degree in Law, by the University of Coimbra (2004), and a Master of Science in Planning, by the University of Tennessee (2003). She is currently the Municipal Director of Mobility at Lisbon City Hall, EMEL Administrator (Municipal Mobility Company) and Non-Executive Administrator of CARRIS. In 2017 she was a specialist technician in the Minister’s Office of National Defense. Previously, she was an expert technician in the Secretary’s Office of State for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (2016-2017) and Deputy Director-General of the Directorate-General of Local Authorities (2015-2016). At the Sport and Leisure Company of the Municipality of Porto (Porto Lazer, E. M.), she exercised the functions of Director of the Financial and Management Control Department (2014-2015) and coordinator of the Purchasing and Management Control Area (2012-2014).  At PortoVivo, Oporto Urban Rehabilitation Society, she was coordinator of the Center for Study and Planning (2009-2012) and advisor to the President of the Executive Committee (2005-2008).  She started her professional career at CEFA, Municipal Studies and Training Center, as responsible for research projects.
