Elmer Francisco, CEO, Elmer Francisco Industries

Elmer Francisco is a scion to the pioneer Jeepney maker Francisco clan behind the world renowned Francisco Motor Corporation which was established in 1947, right after World War II, wherein they converted the military jeeps left by the US Army into moving works of art in forms of mass transportation. They evolved the jeepneys into longer ones to accommodate more passengers using brand new powertrains from Isuzu, then Mazda and now, full electric powered by QEV Technologies from Spain that competes in the FIA Formula E. FMC is the only 100% brand new Jeepney manufacturer in the history of the world and was the exclusive distributor of Isuzu, Mazda, Hyundai, Mahindra and Fiat in the Philippines in the past few decades not to mention the bomb-proof Pope Mobile used by Pope John Paul II in 1995, utility vehicles and military vehicles.

Elmer is a visionary, an entrepreneur and a philanthropist. With 71 years of history and experience behind him, Elmer is disrupting the status quo by aggressively trying to mitigate climate change in his own little way by turning all Jeepneys into emission-less full electric. He is not stopping there, Elmer is also making his company the first automotive company in the Philippines to leverage from the Blockchain platform.
