Will Yavinsky is a partner and Co-Head of the Global Automotive industry sector at Hogan Lovells, based in its Washington, D.C. office. He focuses his corporate legal practice on U.S. and international business transactions, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and strategic alliances, across the automotive, industrials, technology, media, telecom and other sectors.
Will’s experiences from his broad cross-border M&A practice and industry sector role enable him to help clients find practical solutions to complex issues. He partners with clients to manage projects thoughtfully, efficiently and transparently, having worked on secondment to a U.S-based industrial sector client as an in-house lawyer, and served as a member of the firm’s global committee addressing legal project management matters. A graduate of Duke University and Georgetown University Law Center, Will lectures annually on corporate law at Duke University Law School.
