Rory Harvey is Vice President, Global, Cadillac, running the brand’s day-to-day operations. Heleadsthe global Sales, Service, Marketing and Dealer Network teams. Key focus areas for Harvey include leading the brand’s transition to EVs and obtaining Cadillac’s aggressive growth targets with one of the freshest lineups in luxury. Previously, Harvey was the Vice President of Cadillac North America, managing Sales, Service and Marketing and was one of the chief architects of Cadillac’s brand strategy with a strong relationship with its dealers and customers. Additionally, he worked with Cadillac Chief Marketing Officer Melissa Grady to jointly own retail marketing initiatives in alignment with the brand’s overall strategy.
Prior to Cadillac, Harvey held the position of Chairman and Managing Director of Vauxhall Motors. Prior to Vauxhall Motors, Harvey was the Executive Director of Opel Sales and Aftersales Europe. In this role, he was responsible for over 550,000 new vehicle sales per year and during his tenure achieved two years of consecutive growth for the markets he led. Harvey began his GM career 30 years ago after gaining a 2:1 Honours degree in Engineering from Coventry in the U.K.
