Raquel Soat is a Manager at RMI working to decarbonize the transportation sector. She is helping to accelerate the global transition to a clean energy economy by creating a transportation system that is shared, electric, and connected. She specializes in EV policy design, fleet electrification strategy development, and charging infrastructure implementation. She works in a variety of geographies including India, Bermuda, and the US. Raquel completed her undergraduate degree in political science from Emory University, and her master’s degree in renewable and sustainable energy from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
