Nathan Slater currently serves as Regional Vice President of Sales at Beep, where he leads sales strategies and fosters partnerships to expand Beep's presence in autonomous mobility solutions across the West region. With a career dedicated to the mobility industry, Nathan brings a passion for ensuring accessible transportation that enhances people's daily lives. His extensive experience in transportation operations, program management, and business development enables him to approach transportation challenges with a comprehensive and strategic perspective. Prior to joining Beep, Nathan rose through the ranks at Transdev within their business development team, leaving as a Business Development Vice President. He worked nationwide bringing transit operations management services to public transit agencies. In addition to public transit services, Nathan was also responsible for leading sales activities for the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) and microtransit business lines. He was selected as the United States representative for the inaugural On The Launch Pad program that featured rising talents throughout the organization worldwide. In addition to his growth-focused responsibilities, Nathan has been a dedicated equity advocate, founding and co-chairing Transdev's inaugural Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council from 2021 to 2024. He is also an active member in organizations such as American Public Transportation Association (APTA) and the Council of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO), where he is one of the tier co-chairs for the Emerging Leaders cohort. Currently residing in California, Nathan is a graduate of Florida State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a minor in Hospitality Management from the FSU College of Business. He also holds a certificate in Business Strategy from Cornell University and obtained the Credential of Readiness (CORe) certificate from Harvard Business School Online that focuses on the fundamentals of business analytics, financial accounting, and economics.
