Kari Birdsall is the Vice President of Operations Excellence at Hertz. She serves as a key conduit for operational initiatives, leading critical projects that directly impact North America field operations. She is responsible for ensuring the company effectively deploys its EV fleet to meet customer demand, delivers a best-in-class customer experience, and leverages key partnerships and initiatives that position Hertz as a leader in the future of mobility. Birdsall began her career at Hertz 17 years ago as a manager trainee and has held several leadership positions in the company’s rental car field operations and most recently as Area Vice President of Operations for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast zones.
