Jessica Keller is the Mobility & Transportation Manager for the City of West Palm Beach, Florida, where she leads initiatives to deliver a safe, connected and resilient transportation network. With nearly 30 years of experience spanning policy, planning, engineering, and operations in both public and private sectors, she brings a systems-level approach to advancing transit, active transportation and equitable access to public space.  Since moving to South Florida from Baltimore, Maryland in 2012, Jessica has championed sustainable infrastructure and forged impactful partnerships across agencies, industry and communities to drive mobility innovation in West Palm Beach.
