As Senior Vice President of Supply Chain , Jennifer McNeill is responsible for the distribution center operations, all movement of product from domestic and international suppliers into the distribution centers, import and export trade compliance, and the delivery of product to True Value customers worldwide. McNeill joined the company in 2021 from W.W. Grainger where she was Senior Director of U.S. Transportation and Global Logistics and had responsibility for North American and international transportation, trade compliance and consolidation centers. Prior to that, she was at Electro-Motive Diesel (A Caterpillar Company) for three years as a Global Logistics Manager and Sears Holdings for fourteen years in various transportation and logistics leadership roles. McNeill holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University in New Orleans, LA. She is a member of the AWESOME network (Achieving Women’s Excellence in Supply Chain Operations, Management and Education) and part of the FLOW (Freight Logistics Optimization Network) Committee spearheaded by the U.S. Department of Transportation as part of the Biden-Harris Supply Chain Disruption Task Force.
