Diana lead the City’s initiative of “connecting our blocks” by creating a true multimodal transportation network of all users through reassignment of existing right-of-way and insuring the connectivity extends beyond the city limits into all neighboring cities.
Diana celebrated 21 years of marriage to her husband, Jorge Alarcon. They have two sons that are currently in college so they are adjusting to the life of being empty nesters. They are excited to part of the Tucson Community and look forward to participating in many future community events.
