Lt.Col.Dr. Tongkarn Kaewchalermtong is an accomplished scholar and academic who currently serves as a lecturer at the Civil Engineering Department of the Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy and as a foreign affair committee member for the Engineering Institute of Thailand under H.M. the King’s Patronage. 

Dr. Kaewchalermtong has held several leadership roles, including Vice President of ITS Thailand (Intelligent Transport System Association) and Associate Judge at the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court. He is also an internationally recognized expert, serving as Chairman of the Transportation and Logistics Working Group at the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations (AFEO), International Programme Committee at ITS World Congress, and International Academic Committee at ITS Asia-Pacific Forum. Previously, he had advised the Transport Division of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific.
