Paul Bromley is a widely experienced Hong Kong based Chartered Engineer with extensive commercial sales, general management and technical knowledge who has successfully led major business and product developments for many years.

Paul is currently the Managing Director of Wisdom Motor, in charge of building global relationships to demonstrate new vehicle technology and developing international business.

Founded in 2019 in Fujian, China, Wisdom Motor ("Wisdom") is a technology company that designs and manufactures zero-emission commercial vehicles. With a vision of becoming a global role model for smart zero-emission commercial vehicles, Wisdom focuses on exporting high-end products across the world, having sold and delivered eight types of products and more than 230 vehicles to 13 regions in the three years since inception.

Wisdom has developed three series of zero-emission vehicle products: V-series, C-series and T-series, which cover city buses, luxury touring coaches, logistics vehicles, heavy-duty trucks and other commercial vehicles in various fields, all featuring Wisdom’s unique design and application of its proprietary technologies such as lightweight unibody structure, high-strength composite materials, new energy vehicle control system and so on. Wisdom’s products have successfully been homologated in a number of developed countries and regions such as the United Kingdom, Australia, Israel, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. Wisdom designed and delivered Hong Kong’s first electric double-decker bus, and Japan’s first low-floor electric logistic van.
