Nguyen H.P Nguyen is a co-founder and CEO of Selex Motors, a Hanoi-based startup that aims to accelerate the transition to green transportation by electrifying 250+ million gasoline motorcycles in Southeast Asia. 

Founded in 2018, the company has developed in-house a comprehensive e-mobility ecosystem for urban transport that includes an optimal scooter, highly compatible swappable battery packs, battery swapping stations and an IoT-based management platform. Selex Motors’ solution has been adopted by leading logistics companies in Vietnam such as Lazada Logistics, Grab, GoJek, and DHL.

Nguyen is an expert in advanced product development with more than 16 years of experience in  automotive, energy and aerospace industries. He received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan - Ann Abor, USA.
