Junichi Hirose has been working on creating several international standards in the area of ITS (ISO/TC204) since 2003 for the purpose of disseminations of Japan ITS social deployment plans and activities such as ISO17185,15638-21,22,24,25,26,4445,5255,7872,12770,17783. Currently, he has new task as the ISO/TC268/SC2/WG2 convenor to lead to the creation of international standards for sustainable cities and communities, sustainable mobility, and transportation.
