Tozama Kulati Siwisa | Executive Director

Tozama is a Head of Corporate Affairs for West Wits Mining and an Executive Director for West Wits Mining MLI (Pty) Ltd. She is based in Johannesburg, South Africa and her role supports the work of 7 thematic teams – Human Resources, Environment, Regulatory Affairs, Mining Regulations Compliance, Security, Government & Stakeholder Relations as well as Public Relations.  Tozama worked for the former Lonmin Plc a London based mining company between 2017 and 2019 where she served as the Head of Stakeholder Engagement and Social and Labour Plan.
  Previously, she worked at Shanduka Group a South African based investment house where she was providing a strategic direction from regulatory affairs, resettlement processes, stakeholder relations and transformation. She is also an international recognised speaker and an environmental and animal rights advocate.
