Tebogo Mosito is an inspiring entrepreneur with interests in mining and manufacturing. Tebogo was born & bred in a rural village of Maile in Rustenburg, which is surrounded by the platinum mines and she has first-hand experience in challenges faced by youth & women in mining towns and she advocates for Empowerment of communities in mineral beneficiation. Tebogo is an alumni of the 2014 Ernst & Young Entrepreneurial Winning Women program, Graca Machel New Faces New Voices Fellowship where she participated in Georgia Atlanta, USA, she also completed the Vital Voices Global Fellowship & Goldman Sachs 10000 Women Program at GIBS. She graduated with Human Resources Management at the University of the Witwatersrand. Tebogo was awarded the 2014 BMF Bojanala Chapter Woman of the Year Award for her outstanding achievement in the field of transformation and sustainable business development. She is the Chief Executive Officer at Ditsogo Projects Pty Ltd & TeMoSME_Coach NPO, an organisation that supports emerging entrepreneurs with mentorship and coaching. Ditsogo Projects Pty is one of the few black-women owned steel engineering & metal fabrication business with a contract to manufacture and supply rolling stock to Impala Platinum Mine. Tebogo believes in women Empowerment and she is a regular panelist at UN Women focusing on gender equality in the extractive industry. She was recently honoured as one of the MIPAD100 under 40 Most Influencial People of African Descendants by United Nations in New York 2018. Tebogo Mosito is also ranked as one of the 'Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining 2018 by WIM_UK in London. She was the Top Finalist in the Standard Bank Top Women Awards 2018- Fast Growing Smme sector. Tebogo has been featured on TalkRadio702, ENCA, Power FM, North West FM, Motsweding FM CNBC AFRICA, and DailyThetha and recently on CNN International as Woman of Steel in May 2019. She has travelled extensively with the Department of Trade and Industry looking for export opportunities in mining and has visited Shanghai-China at the Inaugural CIIE2018, Brazil, Peru, Toronto, USA, Botswana, Mexico and Germany promoting her metal fabrication business and participating in dialogues, even at the Mining Indaba 2017. Tebogo is a Global Inspirational Speaker and has delivered key note talks at SOFTCOM-Nigeria Rustenburg Local Municipality-Youth Day 2014 & Women’s Day 2018
