Adv. Liteboho Aaron Tlebere An International Economic Lawyer and Senior Legal Officer of the Ministry of Natural Resourses in the Kingdom of Lesotho. He graduated from the National University of Lesotho with a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) and received a Master’s degree (LLM in International Economic Law) from the same University. He works as a legal advisery to the Ministry of Natural Resources in Lesotho and also a minerals contracts negotiator and licensor. He has also drafted laws governing mining on behalf of the state and is currently revising the legal regulatory framework governg minerals (inter alia Diamonds) in Lesotho. He has written articles and dissertations on revision of mineral policies and legal frameworks governing mining in Africa that would enhence economic development of Lesotho and Africa as a whole. He is currently pursuing LLD on Cyber and Electronic Transactions Law. He has actively been involved in researches on the development of laws (Bills) governing property rights, mining, inheritance, competition, cyber and electronic transactions as a resource person, consultant and facilitator. Apart from his academic career, He attributes to charitable activities and sports management. He has been a general secretary for a prominent Football Club in Africa (Matlama FC) for 7 years and is also a founder of various orphanage homes and social charity clubs in Lesotho.
