Ilya is a Senior Principal in ADL’s Dubai office and a global leader of Metlas & Mining competence center.. Based in the Middle East, he focuses on Energy and Utilities practice, namely Metals & Mining sector, mainly in the areas of strategy development, operational excellence and functional transformations across multiple commodities, such as iron ore / steel, coal, aluminium, copper, zinc, gold and others. Before joining ADL, Ilya worked at the Urals Metals and Mining company, where he was one of the key leaders managing operational excellence, purchasing and logistics transformation.  Before UMMC Ilya had a huge consulting experience in Australia, Middle East and CIS.
