Scientist & TPM Expert Since 1990, I have been working in the field of maintenance in the machinery, aviation and mining sectors. Between the years 1993-2013, I worked in the Turkish Air Force in the field of Aircraft Maintenance. In Turkish Air Force, I worked in the fields of periodic maintenance, predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, autonomous maintenance, maintenance planning and scheduling, quality assurance, reliability, Total Quality Management and technical training. Between 2001 and 2004, I served as the Total Quality Management Manager of the Turkish Air Force. Between 2004 and 2013, I worked as a lecturer at the Turkish Air Force Academy.  I am currently working as a Maintenance Planning Specialist at Eldorado Gold / TÜPRAG Gold Mine, where I am still working.I have had experience in all areas that the planned / unplanned maintenance and maintenance planning department should know. Apart from my duties in the field of maintenance, I also plan and carry out TPM, Reliability, Lean Projects, Kaizen, 5S, AKNA, A3 Reporting, OEE, MTTR / MTBF Tracking, KPI Tracking, Preparation of Planned / Preventive / Predictive Maintenance  I have two master's degrees in Production Management and Industrial Management and Industrial Engineering. I have two theses in the fields of TPM, planned maintenance, predictive maintenance and kaizen. Now, my doctorate preparations are continuing in the fields of Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. TPM, Lean Projects, Kaizen, maintenance planning, capacity planning, production planning, planned maintenance strategies, predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, analysis, reliability, A3 reporting, graphical reporting are my areas of expertise. Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence, machine learning are also my areas of interest. I have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
