As an international consumer goods executive, I joined P&G in 2000 working in various roles in Sales (Customer Business development). This allowed me to have a diversified experience in different channels, categories and markets such as baby care, fabric care, and feminine care.
I finally led the regional beauty care business development for the MEA/India region. I have expertise in multi-channels leadership, business start-ups, and leading the development of market strategies for a breadth of FMCG categories.
After leaving P&G, I led the transformation of a regional FMCG distribution company based in Dubai and operating across the gulf region. I was Recruited by owner and Chairman of the Board to oversee and direct with P&L management to turn-around and rapidly expand this consumer products company with products including household care, beauty care, office/school supplies, and dry foods.
Currently, with Fine HH, I am the global sales director for markets strategies and planning responsible for transforming the trade marketing organization. Enable the sales organization to strategically sell to external customers. Act as the link between the category teams and the sales organization to ensure that the category and brands strategies are fully aligned. Translates category and brands strategies and initiatives into executable Go 2 Market plans with specific strategies and targets by channel.
