Graham Hewson is a seasoned innovation leader with over 20 years’ experience designing, scaling, and operating high‑impact incubation environments for science and deep‑tech ventures. He currently serves as Head of Incubation and Prototyping Spaces at Imperial College London, where he oversees the Imperial White City Incubator and the Advanced Hackspace—two of the UK’s most dynamic platforms for science‑based entrepreneurship.A recognised specialist in incubation design, Graham created and implemented Imperial’s highly successful incubation model, supporting more than 60 start‑ups that collectively raised over £600 million in investment and grant funding. He also launched the White City Innovators Programme, a pre‑accelerator enabling local founders and Imperial alumni to turn early concepts into scalable ventures. His model consistently achieves market‑leading occupancy rates (over 90% within two years), demonstrating his ability to build thriving innovation communities that deliver real commercial outcomes
