Philipp Kristian is a millennial innovation leader, author and prominent voice in Singapore's start-up and innovation community. He is an expert on Fintech and Insurtech in Asia and building trust and value in the digital age. In a whirlwind decade, Philipp shaped transformational value propositions and experiences across startups and corporates. He was FutureBrand Singapore's first innovation strategist, then a founding member of LumenLab, MetLife's first global R&D hub, before moving on to driving innovation strategy and delivery across Asia for Manulife's newly minted LOFT in Singapore. His unique fusion of deep innovation strategy, design thinking and branding expertise makes Philipp a Swiss army knife for innovation. With a mix of logic and intuition, analysis and creativity he designs transformational value propositions and businesses founded on deep human insight.
