Tim Ohlendorf, Security Researcher, Fraunhofer AISEC

Tim Ohlendorf is a security researcher and PhD candidate at the
Fraunhofer Institute for Applied and Integrated Security AISEC in
Berlin, Germany. He received his master’s degree in Computer Science
with a focus on IT Security from Technische Universität Darmstadt in
2018. After graduation, he started conducting his research in several
projects, regarding the security and privacy aspects of electronic
identities. He contributed to a new secure element based German eID
solution for Android smartphones, designed a secure and lightweight
student identity card and is currently involved in implementing a
mobile electronic health card for the German market. In his free time,
he is also interested in Android hacking and the human factor in IT-
Security.
